North Shore Bible Church is a friendly congregation located in the scenic and fast-growing valley of Lake Chelan. We are balanced in all ages and have a beautiful 30,000 square foot campus for our onsite ministries. There are 2 small cities around the lake, Manson (population: 3,500) and Chelan (population: 10,000) and our church has youth and members from both locations.

II. Youth Ministry
A. Reaching the lost for Christ
1. Plan, organize and lead outreach events
2. Make and maintain positive relationship with schools
3. Attend and pursue outside youth functions/activities
4. Be available to counsel with youth and their parents
B. Disciple the believer in Christ
1. Plan and teach lessons for lasting impact on youth
2. Organize small groups
3. Support parent-child discipleship
4. Lead worship during youth group (musical background preferred)
C. Encourage and Support youth in serving Christ
1. Develop and lead student leadership team
