Worship Leader Vacancy Posting Sycamore Creek Church’s vision is to ignite an authentic life in Christ for all who walk through our doors, live in our community and the world around us. We are looking for a part-time Worship Leader who can orchestrate an engaging and creative worship experience for two Sunday morning services. The Worship Leader works collaboratively with our Worship Design Team Leader to produce the worship service each week. The primary responsibilities of the Worship Leader are: leading the congregation in Christ-centered, multi-sensory worship; leading vocal and band rehearsals each week as well as the run- through on Sunday mornings; creating weekly role sheets; developing the monthly schedule of volunteer band members for each week, and assisting band members with further development of their musical gifts.
