Newberg Christian Church is seeking a full time children’s pastor. NCC is a growing congregation, in a growing community. Newberg is located 30 miles from Portland, Oregon.
The Children’s Minister at Newberg Christian Church will:
-Be in a growing, loving relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. -Be able to demonstrate a love and a passion for ministry to children and their families. -Be a mature and gifted individual with strong interpersonal communication skills. -Be organized and able to create and lead ministry teams, develop, lead, and add value to leaders, has proven leadership experience, and is able to work in a team environment. -Possess experience and training in the field of Children’s Ministry
In summary the Children’s minister at Newberg Christian Church will be the spiritual leader, director, visionary, driving force and source of encouragement of all children ministry from nursery to fifth grade at Newberg Christian Church
