Job Description:
Crossroads Community Church of Madison, OH(located approx. 35 miles east of Cleveland) is looking for a Children's Ministry Director. Their primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, develop, and lead a group of volunteer staff for our Children's Dept., infants - 5th grade. They will oversee all ministries associated with children to include: Nurseries, preschool, Sunday Impact, Kids Church, VBS, and Special Events. They will work with the volunteer staff to promote / support the mission of CCC which is to "make, mature, and multiply fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ."
