Job Description:
Mesquite Bible Church (MBC) is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead and facilitate Sunday morning services (approximately 200 in attendance each Sunday). Individual will plan (with the Senior Pastor) and lead a worship service each Sunday (possibly two in the future), including directing an ensemble of instrumentalists and vocalists. Must have a passion for worship, a growing faith in Christ, strong musical background and creativity in planning contemporary and traditional styles of worship services. Individual must passionately own a vision for their specific area of ministry that coincides with the vision and mission of MBC. Other duties would include oversight of certain areas of administration. Must be in agreement with the MBC Doctrinal Statement posted at www.mesquitebible.org.
