Job Description:
Responsibilities are as follows;
*Manage all employee/Staffing activities - projects, deadlines, punctuality, schedules, hiring, employee reviews, oversee Donor Development Department, Warehouse, Accounting, Operations.
*Report to and be held accountable Directly to the President and Chief Operations Officer, and Board.
*Cleanliness and Organization of the office in general
*Security of the office.
We are looking for a team player who realizes that efficiency inside an office and with the team, translates into greater ministry opportunities abroad for the ministry organization, which means more children, and families are ministered to, and that is what we are all about.
This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a dogmatic attitude towards making deadlines, setting goals and following them through to achievement, ultimately a team player willing to take the vision and direction of the COO and President and accomplish with tenacity the goals placed in front of them. We believe in hard work because it produces great results for the Kingdom of God and his children.
