Job Description:
Our growing, dynamic church is dedicated to reaching seekers and building believers who serve with passion and joy as the body of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a full-time director to coordinate volunteer ministries in our church, including recruiting, placing, and supporting volunteers in ministries that will utilize their gifts and enhance their spiritual growth. This director will also supervise clerical staff, work with the personnel ministry team to support policy administration for all staff, and interact with our vital, supporting ministry staff and lay leadership in carrying out the mission of the church.
Experience - Min 5 years professional administrative experience, including developing, implementing & managing programs, projects & systems; min 3 years supervisory experience.
Skills & Characteristics - Christ-centered, committed to continued spiritual growth and to the mission of the church; leadership; interpersonal skills; written & verbal communication; organizing & administrative skills; proficient computer skills.
Education - An applicable BA/BS is a plus.
