Job Description:
LifePoint Church (LPC), an evangelical, non-denominational community church founded in 1985, has recently moved into a brand new church facility in a growing family-centered community on the southeast side of Indianapolis. LPC is seeking a Senior Pastor to succeed the current and founding Senior Pastor who will retire when his successor is found. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader and an engaging communicator who will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the church under the authority of the elders. In addition to weekly preaching responsibilities, the Senior Pastor will be expected to develop and execute strategic plans for the ministries of the church, develop and mentor leaders within the church, and oversee church staff. A love for people is a must. Additional information will be provided to interested individuals.
