Growing, purpose-driven church is seeking an energetic disciple of God to serve as a full-time, 7-12 Youth Pastor/Director. Interested candidates should send a letter of introduction and resume to csbmnmom@charter.net.

Purpose:
To help the congregation strengthen its youth program by equipping students to contagiously win their friends to Christ, by supporting them to be a powerful encouragement to each other, and by diligently training them to be like Christ so that they can honor and serve God in their lives, their church, and the world. Clearly, the Youth Pastor/Director will not only be instrumental in training the youth but also in modeling a God-centered life.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or two-three years of youth experience
Responsible to: Senior Pastor
Job Performance Evaluation: Elders and Youth Commission
