Job Description:
DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S ADVENTURELAND MINISTRIES: Cibolo Creek Community Church, just north of San Antonio, Texas, in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, is searching for a dynamic individual to join our staff team as the full time Director of Children's Ministries. We are looking for an innovative, edgy, and creative leader who will constantly seek to find new ways to grow fully devoted followers of Christ. The director will oversee strategic efforts of creating relational bridges to children and their families in our community, sharing Christ with those children, and growing disciples into servants of Christ. Candidates must have proven leadership skills and 3-5 years experience in children's ministry. A Bachelor's Degree or graduate level theological degree preferred.
