Position Purpose:
This individual must be able to assist the body of Grace Church in expressing our love for God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength in corporate worship. We wish to pursue with all excellence a worship ministry that fully develops the participation and appreciation of the entire body in ministering to each other and our community. To accomplish this vision the ability to develop, train and encourage team members will likely require substantial personal training and experience in music by the candidate. Overseeing the needs of our adult ministries will include those of our Adult Bible Fellowship, Men’s and Women’s ministries and small groups.

About Grace Church:
· We are a congregation of 225 to 250 with representation at all ages. Positioned in an area experiencing new development and housing growth, we are very excited about new opportunities to represent Christ to our neighbors.
· Two full time pastors and additional part-time staff have served the existing needs of our congregation. However, in response to God’s leading, we are excited to move forward with the additional position of Pastor of Worship and Adult Ministries.
· Our two present worship services would be described as blended to contemporary.
· A well-established and vibrant youth ministry has been a great blessing to many and a trademark of our church.
