Position Objective:
The Associate Minister of Youth and Education will create and implement a vision for a comprehensive youth program that provides children with a path to spiritual awareness and increased responsibility as they progress from the nursery though high school. Many strong program elements are already in place, what is lacking is an overarching vision and strategic plan.

Areas of Responsibility

• Create and lead dynamic youth programs including Confirmation and fellowship
• Integrate youth activities with other educational programs
• Lead children’s and youth worship and mission activities
• Provide pastoral care when necessary
• Participate in planning sessions with ministerial team and staff

• Parents who care and are interested in the success of the program. They will participate as requested either up-front or behind the scenes.
