The desired applicants must:
* Have the ability to lead all Biblical styles/forms of worship (Contemporary - Blended - Traditional)
* Be experienced in planning and leading worship
* Have strong leadership, organizational, communication and pastoral skills
* Be a people oriented team player and team builder
* Be able to plan and put together special music and drama events
* Possess strong people skills
* Have a desire to work with the music team and the pastoral and church staff
* Love and seek God in their life
* Have a servant's heart
* Be able to recruit and develop others to lead and contribute to the worship process
* Be able to give oversight through the music team to praise teams, special music, musicians, Adult Choir, orchestra and special events
* Oversee several worship services on Sunday morning and Sunday night with different styles of worship
* Be able to give oversight to sound, light, PowerPoint and video technicians
* Have a working knowledge of our postmodern culture and how to integrate it into a worship service
* Model Christian maturity and kingdom values in both his personal and professional life
