Riverwood Church Community is a vibrant, 13 year old, contemporary church that meets in a renovated warehouse in the heart of the Elmwood area of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

The Executive Director/Pastor will take the lead on day-to-day logistics and operations of the church. The Executive Director/Pastor will be experienced and highly proficient in managing systems, finances, logistics and personnel. They will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities, equipment, practices, policies and organizational systems of the church are running at peak efficiency and effectiveness. The Executive Director/Pastor will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, working to assist and support the Lead Pastor in leading the church.
