Seeking a full time Associate Pastor.
Who we are
College Church (Northampton, MA) is an interdenominational church in Western Massachusetts with approximately 400 regular attenders. We strive to reflect God's love and desire others to experience a relationship with Jesus Christ. Under the leadership of our Lead Pastor of two years, and with the introduction of a five-year vision, we are committed to building a well shepherded and well equipped community of mature believers. We are also committed to the Great Commission, both locally and globally.
What we seek in an Associate Pastor
We seek a man who is passionate not only in regard to his own relationship with Jesus Christ, but who is also devoted to mentoring others in the faith. An underlying grace focus should shape this man's interactions with others.The ideal candidate will be well grounded in Scripture, theologically astute, and a self-motivated leader with a talent for oversight and development of discipleship, shepherding and worship ministries.
