Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the worship service.
Develop and maintain a worship team including multimedia, sound, props, lighting, and video.
Recruit and develop a team of vocalist and musicians.
Plan events and activities related to worship, worship team, and small group ministry.
Plan and schedule rehearsals and services using Planning Center.
Arrange for disbursement of funds for supplies, projects, and activities in both worship and small group ministries
Oversee and direct Small Groups
Recruiting, training and development of small group leaders
Maintain an annual budget for worship team and small group ministry
