Recruiting, training, and mentor volunteer leaders.
Planning and leading effective and engaging large group gatherings.
Developing and overseeing all small group gatherings.
Contacting and following up with new students.
Working closely with the Pastor of Student Ministries in developing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that engaging, relevant, and memorable experiences for students.

Ministering to the 5th-6th grade students on a regular basis.
Assisting in the planning, preparations, and execution of all student camps, retreats, activities and mission trips.

General Expectations
As a pastor, it is expected that this person will lead the way in fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples. It is expected that this person will proclaim, clarify, and exemplify how to live out the Gospel. In addition, other expectations include:
