We are seeking a proven leader to join our staff as our Pastor or Leader of Worship and Prayer. This is a full time position. We are looking for a godly, young, outgoing man who has a passion for worship and who can lead worship both vocally (a strong singer among a cast of singers) and preferably instrumentally (guitar preferred). We desire someone who is an effective communicator with good stage presence, and who has the ability to connect with people individually as well as with the congregation as a whole. If he is not theologically trained, we will encourage him to acquire that training while on the job at our expense.

We are an 11 year old church of about 450 people located in one of the fastest growing communities in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the community of Urbana in Frederick County, MD. We have recently broken ground on 20 acres of land and envision moving into our first ever facility by Winter/Spring 2010.
