Grace is a multigenerational church of approximately 300 regular attendees that is uniquely aware of and focused on meeting the needs of, and growing with the "next generation".

To that end, we are seeking a dynamic Lead Pastor who, in addition to meeting the Biblical requirements of an elder, also possesses the following character traits:
Has a deep and growing relationship with God, as evidenced by daily habits of spending time with Him and His Word;
Has a heart for God and for the lost; and
Has a way of balancing work and life that honours and uplifts the name of Christ.
Our new Lead Pastor will also possess strong and practical leadership skills, and should be:
Highly energized, able to problem solve and make effective decisions
Experienced in church leadership and ministry development
Able to mentor and coach pastors and lay leaders and develop leadership abilities in others
Able to inspire and empower others
Able to implement changes and/or corrections in a sensitive, caring, and affirming manner with congregants and those in leadership positions
Highly developed in managing people, tasks, and time
A strong communicator who has the ability to preach and teach
From an educational perspective, we are looking for an individual who possesses a well-rounded post-secondary education as well as life experience.

The successful candidate will assume the lead role in a growing body that is financially stable, and will lead a team that includes a seasoned associate pastor and a youth pastor.
