Job Description:
Youth Director of Music and Small Groups for 4000 member Houston Area Church. KUMC is looking for a spiritually committed, energetic, and motivated individual to direct our students in music and small groups. A successful candidate will display a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a love for kids, and a strong worship leading background. Experience in developing and supervising students, and students in worship is required. Coordinate and lead the youth band, as well as oversee all music associated with the youth ministry. Assist the youth director in carrying out the vision of the KUMC youth ministry. Provide leadership for the small group ministry. Recruit and train adult volunteers to serve as leaders.
