Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will be serving the church's middle and high school aged youth in grades 6 – 12 in a well-rounded and comprehensive youth program. This Youth Director will provide a positive atmosphere for youth ministry, planning and coordinating youth activities that are wholesome and provide opportunities for the youth to be spiritually fed, engage in fellowship and be involved in outreach and missions. The individual we are seeking will work as part of our ministry team and have the ability to connect with students, parents and volunteers. The individual should possess a passion for Christ, a heart for youth, a desire to see students discover God's purpose for their lives, and a joyful engagement in ministry. Secondary responsibilities may include worship, calling, shared leadership. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
