WORSHIP ARTS PASTOR
Do you have a passion to lead, empower, shepherd an energetic team of arts people? Then Shelter Rock Church may be the place for you!
We are an evangelical multi-campus church on beautiful Long Island,NY just outside of NYC, with 1000 in Sunday morning attendance. This Pastor/Producer manages the Worship Arts program including 6 Praise Teams, Seasonal Mass Choir, Video, Drama, Dance and Events; leading a team of volunteers and paid staff. Our worship is fresh, innovative, engaging and a joy to produce. Though a stage presence is required, this is NOT a performance position, but a leader/producer position that inspires and builds artists & leaders. Worship Arts management experience is one of the minimum requirements.
