Job Description:
Lifechangers Gospel Church is a new church plant in Union, NJ. We are looking for a Part time person who will be responsible for leading our blended worship and creating media for use in worship.
Spiritual:
- profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- commitment to personal spiritual growth
- called to the ministry of leading worship
- comfortable with the ministry of Lifechangers Gospel Church
Responsibilities:
- rehearse weekly with volunteer musicians and lead weekly worship services
- coordinate and plan all aspects of worship and media with pastor
- develop and coordinate all aspects of media used in the church's ministry
- develop special events which reach out to others and provide spiritual growth and positive community impact.
Skills:
- ability to train volunteers and work with teams
- ability to lead worship with vocals and the keyboard.
- ability to try new and creative ministry ideas
Experience:
- prior paid experience as a worship leader
- prior experience with audio systems
- prior experience with media creation and presentation
