Job Description:
The La Paz Community Church, an inter-denominational, English speaking Congregation, located in La Paz, Bolivia, is searching for a Pastor who can relate interdenominationally and cross culturally. LPCC has a clearly defined objective of ministering to people from all denominational, cultural and social backgrounds who desire to worship in English. The church is administratively governed by an elected Board and the services are designed to emphasize the essentials of the Gospel while avoiding emphasis or promotion of themes and issues that are denominational or sectarian in nature. The Pastor will be responsible for the spiritual welfare of the church. He shall seek to enlist people as followers of Christ, preach the gospel, administer the ordinances, and administer the spiritual activities of the church in cooperation with the Board and various_noemailmittees. A Degree of Christian Ministry from a reputable school and pastoral experience is required and some usage of Spanish is helpful but not necessary.
