Youth/Creative Arts Pastor in Dublin, GA - Georgia

Qualifications for Youth Pastor role

Bachelor's degree in related ministry field preferred
Prior experience with youth ministries
Exhibit teaching skills in a variety of settings (i.e. large & small groups)
Has an understanding of the challenges youth face today
Must have a willingness to work in a ministry team environment
Ability to develop/maintain administration skills
Must be a recruiter, team builder, and coordinator of volunteers
Able to work under the current mission/vision of DBC (www.dublinbiblechurch.com)
Work with Senior Pastor on a day to day basis to accomplish ministry related items
Is teachable
Orange philosophy minded person a plus

Qualifications for Worship Leading role

An interest in working with Senior Pastor to create engaging worship environments
Knowledge and skillset in modern corporate worship leading
Stage presence & strong vocal ability
Strives to exalt and honor the Lord while leading corporately
Provide oversight of sound and media team
Ability to train and develop the worship band members
