Job Description:
We are looking for someone to help our lead pastor lead the fastest growing church in our area. Caveland Church averages about 600 people each weekend. Our 12 month goal is to reach 1,000 people in twelve months and 1,500 people in twenty-four months with a campus venue. We are hard core about reaching unchurched people and we hate religion. So if you're looking for a religious, traditional style church...this is not for you. We are looking for the following traits:

- Energetic, hard working, team player
- BA in theology or equivalent
- Leadership, 7-8 level
- Admin/Organizational Skills, 8-9
- Strong preaching gift not important
- Loyalty and trustworthy
- Submissive, but not a yes-man
- Strategical, not tactical
- Leader Oriented, not task oriented
- Peferably leadership experience in a church of 700-1500

Job Description

- Work close with the lead pastor
- Implement vision, and lead team leaders
- Measure objectives and ministry effectiveness
- Oversee the weekend services
- Serve with lead team in planning, vision casting, & infrastructure
