Job Description:
Lima Baptist Temple is a blended Baptist church that is currently growing
and transitioning. LBT is committed to evangelism, discipleship, and
growing our church through community. We are looking for a student
minister to supervise all student and children's ministries. The ideal
candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related ministry field, 3-5 years
experience in a growing student ministry, and is comfortable meeting
deadlines, communicating, and overseeing volunteers. As the largest
Baptist Church in the Lima, OH area, the salary, benefits, and church
resources are in place for an innovative, self-motivated leader to join
our pastoral team and have a thriving, growing ministry. The pastoral team
includes a young lead pastor, a seniors pastor, a worship and couples
pastor, and a counseling/discipleship pastor. Our worship service airs on
our local NBC affiliate, we are the home of Temple Christian School, and
we have an excellent deacon board/leadership team. The church is
affiliated with both the Southern Baptist Convention and the Baptist Bible
Fellowship International.

Church size: 650
Salary & Benefits: full-time, based on experience, and the Clergy
Compensation Manual.
Worship Style: Blended, with contemporary children and teen ministries.
Doctrine: Conservative, evangelical doctrine with a strong view of
inerrancy, 6-day creation, salvation through grace alone, and the security
of the believer.
