Music Director - Worship Leader in West Warwick , RI - Rhode Island

A Nondenominational New England Church has an immediate opening for a full-time Contemporary Music Director/Worship Leader. Must be equally proficient with, (and have a heart for), both Contemporary and Traditional styles. Serious applicants should have 3-5 years of prior experience with strong references. Formal musical education preferred but not required for consideration. Applicants must be proficient vocally, instrumentally, and must be adequately proficient in Music Theory for reading and writing chord charts and notation for vocal and instrumental parts. Applicants must also provide strong references who can attest to applicant's character and humility, both, as a team-player and as a team-builder. An appropriate depth of reverence, passion, and compassion in worship leading is a must. - (A detailed Job Description is available upon request).
