Job Description:
The Reformed Church in Plano (RCP)—located in Plano, Texas—is prayerfully searching for a part-time (20 hours per week) Director of Children's Ministries. The Director of Children's Ministries will be primarily responsible for leading the entire children's ministries program at RCP so that all children are nurtured and discipled in their love for Jesus and one another. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Christian education, religion, elementary education, or another related field. She or he will also have a deep love for children and will possess gifts in creativity, vision-casting, empowerment, teaching, planning, and implementation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to relate to people of all ages are essential.
