Job Description:
The Minister of Family Life will be the "Champion of Equipping" for people in our congregation who are ready to engage in meaningful ministry. The position will be a resource and "developer of small groups." The position will supervise 3/4 time ministers who are dedicated to Children's Ministry and Youth Ministry. Church experience and theological training in Christianity through Wesleyan theological emphasis is important. Most important is your explicit response to God's calling into ministry in this area.
