Wheaton Bible Church is searching for a full-time Women’s Ministry Director to provide overarching vision, leadership, and spiritual guidance for the advancement of fruitful ministry to women at WBC. The qualified candidate will be a very strong builder and mobilizer of teams; possess the spiritual gifts of leadership and teaching; have excellent oral and written communication skills; formal theological and biblical training, preferably seminary preparation; and a minimum of 5 years paid women’s ministry experience in a large church setting.
