Director of Spiritual Formation: *work with children's and adult's ministries *recruit Sunday school teachers for classes *budget for yearly spending in these areas *oversee/plan vacation bible school program yearly *plan ministries with the Small Groups Coordinator, Disciple Bible study coordinator, and Spiritual Growth Ministry Team *serve as the nursery school liason *work with the pastor in many areas, such as special services (Children's Christmas Eve service)
