Bethel Community Baptist Church is seeking the Lord's choice for an exceptionally gifted Senior Pastor to help build our congregation from a small-size church to a medium-sized church and beyond. We are in the process of building a new church facility which will have a tremendous impact in our community.
Sidney is located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, with a population in excess of 11.000.
We seek an experienced Senior Pastor who demonstrates:
•Godly character with a love for people.
•Strong leadership skills with a heart for evangelism.
•Previous experience in medium-sized church growth.
•Skill in change management and team building.
•Demonstrates a compatible level of education.
