This pastor will develop and implement an overall ministry that will promote within the congregation, wholesome and biblically sound worship experiences, both on an individual and corporate basis. Such worship services will be God-centered, Christ-exalting and Scripture-saturated so as to lead the body, through prayer, vocal and instrumental music, drama, and Scripture reading, toward a passion for God and His glory. As a second area of focus, this pastor will lead, promote and oversee the spiritual formation of youth and families by teaching them to worship, learn and obey the Word, win others to Christ, serve the body and participate in biblical community.
