Role & Responsibilities
-work towards achieving excellence in all aspects of Worship Arts Ministries productions
-plan, prepare and lead the music & arts for Sunday services, including coordinating the selection of songs, videos, prayers, interviews, testimonies, drama, etc.
-select and rehearse with musicians, providing direction and leadership
-recruit and train leaders and volunteers for Worship Arts Ministries
-provide oversight for all Worship Arts Ministries and ensure quality training for volunteers
-oversee church web site, ensuring relevance, currency and effectiveness
-intentionally pastor people in Worship arts Ministries; Pastor others in the church as needed

Qualifications
-Godly character – one who is a passionate follower of Jesus
-a heart for God, a heart for people and a heart for worship
-ability to lead a team of creative people
-teachable spirit; creative thinker
-Pastor’s heart; servant heart
-ability to lead a congregation in a creative experience of worship; drawing others into a passionate, contagious, authentic shared worship experience
-current with contemporary and culturally relevant worship music but also able to work with various aspects of our full Christian heritage and traditions
-a skill set that includes music, (instrumental, vocal), working with multi-media and new technology
-proven track record of leadership skills; a team player - involving and motivating others; a team builder - working alongside others, developing and mentoring them; a resource to others
