This will require a firm grasp of the purpose, vision, values and strategy of House On The Rock Church. He will lead, manage, supervise, and minister to all the church staff. The Executive Pastor will ensure that the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry objectives and personnel. He will also serve the congregation and staff through preaching, fellowship, encouragement, cooperation and prayer support. The Executive Pastor will also be responsible for developing, growing and leading the Small Group ministry of the church.
