Job Description:
We at Crosslake Evangelical Free Church (aka The Log Church) are looking for a full-time Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship. This man needs to be a seminary graduate who is a passionate worshipper of our Lord Jesus Christ and who also has the desire and ability to lead others in worship.
We are a church body who has worshipped primarily in a traditional way over the years, although about 5 years ago we introduced more contemporary worship; we need someone who can blend our differing worship styles and lead us in passionate worship of our Lord, no matter what style of music is being played.
The man we are looking for also needs to have the ability to provide administrative leadership for our discipleship ministries.
And because this man will be assisting our senior pastor in the shepherding of our congregation, this person does need to be a seminary graduate from an evangelical school.
