Established and Growing Congregation is seeking a musically talented leader for worship services. Reporting to the Senior Pastor, requirements include:

• College diploma or, at least, 2 years prior experience.
• Ability to lead traditional and contemporary worship
• Mentoring and guidance to program volunteers for worship including
vocalists, musicians, sound/video technicians and dramatists.
• Planning and implementing services for Christian holidays and special
events.
• Commitment to planning and preparing weekly worship services and
rehearsals.
