Job Description:
Our church is a blended and very loving church with approximately 200-250 in attendance each Sunday. There is a very talented band in place ready for the right leader to take us to the next level.
We are seeking a Worship Pastor with the ability to bridge between traditional and contemporary styles of music seamlessly with a constant flow of worship. This person will also need to be able to be involved with the choir. Other responsibilities would include developing and training back-up vocals. The ability to play keyboard or guitar is helpful but not required.
Someone who has a TEAM mindset and approach to ministry and who is willing to make Maranatha Fellowship a place where they belong is ideal.
The salary that we are currently able to offer is part-time $18,000/year.
