Independent Baptist Church in Los Angeles, California, seeks Senior Pastor.We are a 105 year old, ethnically diverse, independent Baptist church located in the city of Los Angeles, California. Our average Sunday morning attendance is 100, and we minister during the week with Sunday School, Sunday night services, Wednesday night Bible Studies, prayer meetings, sports ministries and an active music program. We have a heart for our community and actively support individual foreign and home missions efforts. We are a close knit, loving congregation in a large city setting.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 5 years Senior Pastor experience preferred. Exceptionally qualified associate pastors may be considered.
*Seminary preferred
*Must be ordained in agreement with historic Baptist doctrines
*Ministers in accordance with the Bible and Baptist distinctives
*Must be gifted for preaching, teaching and pastoral care
*Ability to minister effectively in a metropolitan environment a plus
