Specific Qualifications 1. Clear calling and giftedness to shepherd children and their families. 2. Children's ministry leadership experience. 3. Bachelor's degree in children / family ministry desirable. 4. Credentials with the Church of God or willingness to pursue licensure with the Church of God. 5. High levels of proficiency in leadership and organizational skills, interpersonal communication, computer applications, multitasking and time management. Interested candidates should submit: 1.
