Bethel is a large multi-site church with a budget in excess of $3M and a staff of 63 located in the south east area of Washington State. The Executive Pastor is responsible for the implementation, as well as participation in the creation, of the church vision and directional goals. Candidates should have proven experience as a leader capable of directing a large ministry. The position will also require the ability to support and work cooperatively with the Senior Pastor and Board of Elders.
