Shaw, Pastor) Qualifications: Born again, serious Christian Lover of God and the Word God Ability to disciple high school youth Ability to train others to do Biblical youth work Industrious and self-disciplined Growing personality – meeting the ongoing challenges of personal discipleship Optimistic personality Think life is fun ('cause we're serious, sort of) Responsibilities: 1. To model the Christian life Love for the Lord Discipleship Personal purity and a Biblical sexuality Godly family relationships Biblical priorities Sacrifice Personal and corporate Bible Study and prayer Diligence Sacrifice A balanced, involved Church body life 2. To disciple teens by modeling and teaching Evangelizing the lost Identifying with Christ in baptism United with a local church Led to serious personal Bible study Forge Biblical convictions Personal sexual purity Godly, spiritual dating Family harmony A vision of service Honoring God with their tithes and offerings 3.
