Job Description:
The Children’s Pastor/Director serves the church by providing direction and leadership to all of the ministries surrounding our children at Hope (from birth through 5th grade). This position has the potential to grow into a full-time position over time, if interested and pending budget/congregational approval. This can be either a 20-hour position (with a 10-hour assistant), or a 30-hour position. Salary will be competitive, and will be determined based on # of hours/week decided upon and experience. Hope Covenant Church is an evangelical Christian Church with average Sunday worship attendance of about 400, and is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church denomination.
