Seeking experienced, enthusiastic and decicated person to fill full-time, non-ordained position, responsible for ministry to and with the middle school and high school aged students following the Purpose Driven Youth Ministry vision. Proven record of accomplishment and minimum of 3 years experience in area of church youth ministry required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Knowledge or education in Christian youth development and current youth culture required. Supervisory and budget management experience required. The position is available immediately.
