| Guideposts has a full time career opportunity for a Prayer Ministry Associate in our Pawling, New York location. The successful candidate will provide spiritual guidance and encouragement to prayer volunteers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and balancing the appropriate level of volunteers on prayer line and web to meet the demands of prayer requests. Associates degree with 1-2 years experience in volunteer coordination along with a passion for prayer/outreach. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to engender trust, embody the ideals of the organization and have a strong spiritual background. Split schedule – 3 days/2 evenings M-F. Local applicants only.
