| Job Description: |
| We are looking for a man with passion for and experience in small groups. He would also have the ability to speak 12-15 times per year in place of the Senior Pastor. Although this man would be very relational, he must also have some organizational skills as he would be responsible for overseeing a large and growing home group ministry. He would have the ability to train, recruit, and instill vision into those he leads. He will be a man of high integrity and authenticity with a commitment to maintaining a close relationship with Jesus. We are a church that believes strongly that we are to bring pople into the kingdom and teach them to become disciples of Jeus. We have high expectations of our members...but we do not believe any higher than Jesus does of those who follow Him. We are located in the Pacific Northwest (suburb of Seattle) and are looking for someone who may already be located in the Northwest.
