| Calvary Baptist Day School, a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church in Winston Salem NC, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Headmaster. CBDS serves approximately 775 students from EE-HS. The faculty and administration is competent and stable. CBDS has strong support from the CBDS Committee, Calvary Baptist Church and parents. Candidates applying for this position should consider the following – 1.A deep and abiding commitment to Christ;
2.A strong academic background;
3.A passion for Christian education;
4.A significant amount of experience in education;
5.A commitment to Baptist doctrine and church membership;
6.Leadership skills to carry out the mission, manage the budget and personnel, develop marketing, carry out master-planning, and raise development money for CBDS.
7.Extraordinary candidates outside of education will be considered.
