Faith Community Church, in the scenic Chain O’ Lakes area of central Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Worship Arts Director. We are looking for an individual to direct a worship ministry team which will lead the congregation in authentic, contemporary worship which draws people into the presence of God. The successful candidate will be an individual who God has specifically created with a heart for authentic worship. Only applicants with proven results and a heart to build and shepherd a team of volunteers will be considered. Additionally, applicants must have musical expertise which includes the ability to lead vocalists and instrumentalists, arrange parts and play guitar or piano.
