| Job Description: |
The primary purpose of this ministry is to fulfill Matthew 28:18-20 with youth in grades K through 8th. The Director will provide leadership and direction for K-4 ministries (Sunday School & Pioneers Clubs). Club 56 and Junior High ministries will be the primary focus of this person, focusing on ministering to the spiritual, emotional, psychological and physical needs of the youth in our Junior High church community. Equally as important, this ministry will also reach out to the youth in our community in order to show them the love of Jesus Christ and the relationship he offers.
Skills Required:
Experience leading others to Christ, a genuine love and passion for Junior High Youth, have completed a Bachelors degree in Youth Ministries or appropriate related field, knowledge in Christian Education would be preferred, past work and volunteer experience in this field, leadership and administrative skills and a spirit of "servanthood."
